To the owner of this blog: Yes, these are all physically beautiful people. But "beauty" is be found in the most unlikely places, from the most unlikely people. I think it's sad that still, in our modern day and age, we as a people cling to physical beauty as if it matters. What about Madame Curie? She had an incredible intellect; is THAT not beautiful? What about Sarah McLachlan? She composes, plays, and sings. Does her ability not render her beautiful? What about Margaret Atwood? She authors deep thought-provoking works that can make me cry. Is that not beautiful? Even if you should be blessed with a pleasing aspect, see with better eyes than that; beauty is really only on the surface, and fleeting at that. There's so much more of value to see.
